Job Description

Sport Chek is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee operations, customer service, training, and leadership at our Hillside Centre location in Victoria, BC.

Responsibilities

Ensure exceptional customer service and fulfillment of orders
Implement and maintain visual compliance standards and store maintenance
Provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members
Act as a brand ambassador and motivate team performance

Qualifications

3-5 years of retail management experience
Strong coaching and leadership skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Basic computer skills
