Responsibilities

Conduct production tours and assess resource needs
Validate and approve hours for team members
Review non-compliance reports
Participate in operational meetings
Manage performance and disciplinary issues
Plan and coordinate warehouse operations

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in employee management in a distribution center
Knowledge of distribution center operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Available to work night shifts
