Job Description

As an Account Manager at StackTeck Systems Limited, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, providing technical and commercial support to customers, and growing the overall business share of StackTeck. This role involves direct interaction with customers, sales teams, and internal teams to ensure successful program/project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic account management and development
  • Presenting account strategy and obtaining approval for new business opportunities
  • Setting and tracking sales account targets aligned with company objectives
  • Direct communication with customers locally and internationally
  • Managing program management of orders
  • Traveling as required to meet customers and deliver presentations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in B2B sales within the plastics industry
  • Direct injection molding experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Second language skills would be an asset
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
