Job Description

Pak Homes Builder is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor or Site Manager for a residential project involving detached single-family homes in Hamilton. This role requires daily on-site presence in Hamilton.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction activities
Ensure project stays on schedule and within budget
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors

Qualifications

5 years of residential construction experience in Canada
HCRA license preferred
Tarion enrollment knowledge
