Job Description

As the Manager of Rail Service Delivery, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency by implementing process improvements and streamlining transload and rail operations. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify and capitalize on transload and rail opportunities.

Responsibilities

Compile, analyze, and disseminate accurate information to maximize operating performance
Perform budget review, operational failure identification, administrative support, and project management
Conduct detailed cost analysis, operating performance metrics, and customer interface
Interface with customers, parent-companies, and other stakeholders on traffic movement
Support industrial development initiatives and lead sidetrack agreement initiatives
Develop relationships with operating departments to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

Minimum 3 to 5 years of management experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
Proven experience in business development or sales
