Join us at Employezz as a Senior Project Manager for our construction projects. We are a Quebec-based group of companies specializing in commercial, industrial, and high-end residential construction.

Responsibilities

Supervise project processes and ensure compliance
Manage project timelines, costs, and quality
Lead project team to ensure efficiency and success
Validate project schedules and budgets
Organize internal kickoff meetings
Participate in subcontractor selection
Act as project manager on specific mandates

Qualifications

Degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in residential construction project management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and planning abilities
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Fluency in French, English is an asset
