Responsibilities

Study plans and specifications
Interpret technical specifications of tender documents
Analyze and prepare tender documents
Calculate quantities and evaluate costs
Research subcontractor and supplier prices
Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers
Participate in mandatory visits or client meetings
Prepare proposal reviews

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of estimating experience
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and BIM
Bilingual in French and English
Great mobility and availability
