Job Description

Avicanna is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to drive digital communications and campaigns. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to execute personalized marketing campaigns and support overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Create targeted audience segments based on customer data and behavior
Ensure integrity and accuracy of customer data within SFMC platform
Design and implement marketing automation workflows and journeys
Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for email design
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data
