Responsibilities

Ensure store achieves company objectives and KPI goals
Lead an operationally sound business
Recruit, manage, develop and train top talent
Set example for customer experience
Implement merchandise strategies
Maintain effective communication with District Manager

Qualifications

At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
Proven ability to lead teams to success
High School graduate or equivalent
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
Ability to work evenings and weekends
