Job Description

Join Saltworks Technologies as a Technical Applications Engineer (Customer Support) and provide exceptional technical support to industrial clients. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and senior leaders to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries, provide remote support, collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues, develop deep product knowledge, and contribute to product improvements.

Qualifications

Requirements: Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Integrated Engineering or related field, 2-4 years of post-graduate experience, hands-on technical support experience, familiarity with safety standards, analytical skills, and critical thinking abilities.
