Job Description

As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in providing valuable experiences and world class service to our consumers every day. This position offers the opportunity to grow alongside industry leaders.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
Coordinate and prioritize store activities, including team management, product knowledge, and stock management.
Support team members in retail operations execution.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
Valid driver's license may be required.
Flexibility in work schedule.
