Job Description

Staples Canada is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to customers in the front end of the store. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and able to offer solutions to help customers achieve their working and learning goals.

Responsibilities

Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently
Resolve customer issues and complete returns and exchanges
Offer value-add sales and services
Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-end areas

Qualifications

3 months to 1 year of related experience preferred
Proven track record of excellent customer service
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Passionate and approachable demeanor
