Responsibilities

Connect with customers to identify solutions that meet their needs and add value.
Identify upselling opportunities and follow up with customers.
Maintain presentation standards, including pricing, displays, promotional planners, and advertising configurations.
Provide customer service at the checkout, customer service center, and over the phone.
Follow loss prevention measures and ensure store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

3 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Ability to diplomatically solve customer concerns.
Effective communication and interaction skills.
Curiosity, open-mindedness, and passion for finding solutions.
