Job Description

Join Arc'teryx as a Store Lead, working alongside store leadership to lead a talented group of Product Guides and provide a world-class guest experience.

Responsibilities

Supporting in-store experience and sales floor operations
Championing floor leadership and exceptional guest experience
Coaching and providing feedback to product guides
Supporting inventory management and visual merchandising
Managing store opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

1 or more years of leadership experience
Passion for customer service and coaching
Strong time management and communication skills
Comfortable adhering to health and safety guidelines
