Job Description

The TSA Retail Manager I oversees the operations of two thrift stores and a warehouse. They are responsible for managing staff, budgeting, inventory control, and customer service.

Responsibilities

Promote the Salvation Army vision and mission
Lead retail team meetings and ensure mission partners are aligned with organizational values
Manage recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff
Coordinate emergency and disaster support efforts
Direct all store operations to meet sales targets and control expenses
Ensure in-store safety and cleanliness
Analyze financial statements and strategize to attain financial goals

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
1-3 years of retail or store management experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and lead a team towards common goals
