Job Description

The TSA Retail Manager I oversees the operations of two thrift stores and a warehouse. They are responsible for managing staff, budgeting, inventory control, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the Salvation Army vision and mission
  • Lead retail team meetings and ensure mission partners are aligned with organizational values
  • Manage recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff
  • Coordinate emergency and disaster support efforts
  • Direct all store operations to meet sales targets and control expenses
  • Ensure in-store safety and cleanliness
  • Analyze financial statements and strategize to attain financial goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 1-3 years of retail or store management experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and lead a team towards common goals
