Job Description

The Senior QA Test Engineer (SDET) will be responsible for assessing software quality through automated testing. They will develop and execute test cases, identify and report bugs, and focus on testability, robustness, and performance of software.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze system specifications.
  • Collaborate with development team to create effective test strategies.
  • Develop and execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
  • Evaluate product code according to specifications.
  • Create test scripts and document testing phases and defects.
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams.
  • Conduct End-to-End and post-release testing.
  • Research test tools and methodologies to improve testing processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of QA/SDET engineering experience.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester.
  • Knowledge of test methodologies and tools like cucumber.
  • Experience with UI testing, API integration, and End-to-End Testing.
  • Working knowledge of test management software and SQL.
  • Experience with AWS cloud or other cloud platforms.
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving aptitude.
