Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store in an urban area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a small team and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Order merchandise
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Qualifications

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
