Production Supervisor

Manage all daily activities related to the production process;

Supervise production employees;

Organize and lead morning meetings with the production team;

Ensure employees work safely according to procedures and policies in place;

Coordinate interventions planning between maintenance and production;

Communicate between different production departments, customer service, inventory, etc.;

Work closely with the quality, health, and safety coordinator;

Coordinate production employee training;

Participate in various factory committees and coordinate the implementation of decisions made during these committees;

Participate in all internal and external audits of the factory;

Propose ideas and participate in the implementation of opportunities for operational excellence;

Monitor and analyze KPIs at the factory;

Proactively problem-solve: Identify root causes and implement solutions to eliminate operational issues;

Ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance follow-up of production equipment;

Promote a culture of health and safety at work among all production personnel, ensuring strict compliance with current standards;

Ensure compliance with quality system requirements and maintain best practices in health and safety.
