Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) with Enterprise Mobility. Provide high-level customer service, administrative support, and assist with rental needs.

Responsibilities

Take incoming calls, provide information and resolution
Meet and greet customers in person and over the phone
Assess rental needs, process returns and check-ins
Effectively market the company and assist customers as needed
Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions

Qualifications

High school diploma or above
Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience
Valid Ontario G2 or G drivers license
Authorized to work in Canada
Must be at least 18 years of age
