Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Senior Customer Assistance Representative to provide exceptional customer service at the Moncton Airport location.

Responsibilities

Take incoming calls and provide assistance to customers
Meet and greet customers in a friendly manner
Process rental returns and check-ins
Market the company by providing excellent customer service
Perform basic administrative and accounting tasks

Qualifications

High school diploma or above required
Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience
Valid Canadian driver's license with clean record
Authorized to work in Canada
Must be at least 18 years of age
