Job Description

The Talent & Employee Experience Consultant specializes in creating and maintaining a positive and rewarding work environment to attract and retain talented employees. This role focuses on talent development, employee experience enhancement, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Implement talent acquisition strategy, including candidate research and recruitment.
  • Review job applications and identify high-potential candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand position expectations.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes.
  • Participate in new employee integration and training.
  • Develop employee reward programs and feedback surveys.
  • Assist in leadership development and talent management initiatives.
  • Provide support in managing employee absences, disability claims, and return-to-work programs.
  • Advise on HR policies, regulations, and operations.
  • Support managers in aligning HR practices with organizational values and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Expertise in employee experience and engagement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of internal communications principles.
  • Practical, results-oriented approach with exceptional organizational skills.
  • CHRP certification or equivalent is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a university environment preferred.
