Job Description

UniFirst Canada is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle telephone inquiries, provide inside support to sales representatives, resolve customer issues, process credits, and more.

Responsibilities

Handle telephone inquiries and take orders over the phone
Provide inside support to sales representatives
Help resolve customer issues regarding their account
Process credits and exchanges
Collect Accounts Receivables
Assist walk-in customers
Participate in telemarketing projects

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Data Entry skills
