Job Description

Employezz is seeking an experienced Controller to join the leadership team in a growing BC company. The Controller will oversee financial & management reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements
  • Forecast cash flow and manage bank balances
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
  • Analyze P&L discrepancies and provide actionable insights
  • Lead annual budgets process and maintain financial models
  • Mentor junior staff and optimize ERP systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
  • Canadian Designated accountant with 5+ years of experience
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Experience with financial models and process improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
