Job Description

ZappySales is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive with experience in retail, eCommerce, and distribution operations to optimize supply chain processes, manage vendor relationships, and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Identifying and onboarding new vendors by sourcing, negotiating, and managing partnerships with distributors and suppliers.

Managing vendor relationships from initial outreach to ongoing performance optimization.

Tracking key metrics to measure vendor performance and operational efficiency.

Optimizing operational processes and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth vendor onboarding.

Developing sales and sourcing strategies to drive vendor acquisition.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience in retail, eCommerce, or distribution operations.

Experience in vendor management, supplier relationships, and contract negotiation.

Strong understanding of sales outreach tools and CRM systems.

Ability to analyze operational data and implement cost-saving strategies.

Experience working with businesses generating $1M+ in annual sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
