Job Description

Join us as a Store Associate at Sherwin-Williams and be an essential part of our retail stores. You will work closely with customers, recommending products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent sales service to customers
Determine customer needs and recommend products
Build trust relationships with customers
Process sales transactions accurately
Achieve sales goals
Maintain product knowledge and store standards

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a valid Driver's License
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
