Job Description

Global Relay is seeking a Technical Program Manager to manage horizontally across multiple development projects and drive continuous improvement. This role involves project planning, coordination, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning and coordination for key projects involving multiple teams
Compile work estimates and planning assumptions, provide program management oversight
Identify and coordinate cross-component dependencies, track project gates to completion
Manage delivery risks, report on progress, provide guidance to resolve issues
Champion process improvements and streamline delivery activities

Qualifications

3+ years of full lifecycle software development project management experience
Experience with Agile, Scrum methodologies, and project delivery tools
Strong technical background and organizational skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to engage with teams, build positive relationships, and resolve issues
