Global Relay is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day HR support to the HR team
Advise and support managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices
Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and procedures
Create HR documentation and process updates in HR systems
Support performance management, onboarding, and off-boarding processes

Qualifications

3-5 years of HR experience
Post-secondary studies in Human Resources
Strong knowledge of HR standards and best practices
Experience with HR databases and MS Office Suite
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
