Job Description

Lead a small game design team, create and distribute tasks, oversee productivity, ensure deadlines are met, supervise team members' work, offer coaching and training, contribute to team well-being.

Responsibilities

Create, prioritize, assign, and follow up on tasks
Represent team and lead meetings
Understand technical constraints and lead team accordingly
Provide regular reports and recommend corrective measures
Mentor team members in technical/artistic aspects
Coordinate bug correction and recruit new team members

Qualifications

College diploma in video game-related field
Project management certification or experience
7 years of game design experience
Leadership, time management, and resourcefulness skills
Knowledge of real-time, 3D engines, and databases
