Job Description

Seeking a Senior Audit Consultant to assist management with internal controls over financial reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 documentation, and operational audits.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with internal controls over financial reporting and related disclosures
  • Develop/update and review Sarbanes-Oxley 404 documentation
  • Analyze, evaluate, and document internal control over financial reporting assessments
  • Identify and report control deficiencies
  • Support Audit Manager with liaison support for external audit firm
  • Conduct financial and operational audits
  • Assist in audit scope, planning, and execution

Qualifications

  • CPA, CIA, CISA, and/or CFE certifications preferred
  • Over 5 years of internal and/or external audit experience
  • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 (SOX)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
