Job Description

Join Central Alberta Co-op as a Maintenance Technician at our Business Support Centre in Red Deer. Help maintain the efficiency and safety of our operations.

Responsibilities

Support location and department leaders and team members with general maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve operations.
Perform routine inspections, minor repairs, and upkeep of building infrastructure.
Assist with HVAC preventative maintenance and basic electrical repairs.
Respond to emergency repair requests and complete work orders.

Qualifications

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or maintenance.
5-8 years of facility and equipment maintenance experience.
Basic knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
