Responsibilities

Diagnosing and repairing basic to intermediate plumbing, heating, and electrical problems
Performing repairs on various items within units
Maintaining building exterior and grounds
Detecting faulty operations and reporting deficiencies

Qualifications

2+ years' experience in a maintenance role
Completion of relevant trade certification or equivalent
Knowledge of hand tools and repair equipment
Experience using computers and smartphones
Availability to work on-call
Valid driver's license
