Job Description

Join Westerner Park as a General Service Employee to work on a diverse range of year-round events and grounds maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

Execute a wide range of year-round events
Collaborate with team members to address client requests
Ensure cleanliness of event areas
Set up and dismantle events in various locations
Manage agricultural event logistics
Perform facility openings and closures
Undertake minor maintenance tasks
Operate various machinery, tools, and equipment
Grounds maintenance duties

Qualifications

Ability to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
First Aid training
1-2 years experience in event set up preferred
1-2 years experience in a labour role required
1-2 years of experience in equipment operation is an asset
Able to use computers
