Job Description

Join our team as a licensed Audiologist/HIS and partner to shape the future of the clinic while providing audiology services and taking on leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Conduct audiological assessments, hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and repairs.
Provide client-centred care, counselling, and personalised hearing solutions.
Perform cerumen management and hearing health screenings.
Participate in decision-making processes on pricing, hiring, and clinic operations.
Help establish long-term strategies for business growth.
Stay updated on hearing aid technology advancements and industry trends.
Mentor and guide team members to enhance skills and client care.
Maintain a professional, friendly, and compassionate approach with clients and colleagues.
Work collaboratively with the leadership team to optimize business operations.

Qualifications

Fully licensed Audiologist (CASLPO)/HIS eligible to practice in Ontario.
1 year experience for Audiologist, 3 years for HIS.
Experience with Blueprint Solutions and Otosuite is an asset.
Strong communication & leadership skills.
Desire to take on business responsibilities.
Strategic mindset & interest in business growth within the hearing healthcare industry.
