Responsibilities

Work with others to accomplish common and personal goals
Assist customers with purchases through relationship selling
Maintain knowledge of Brick products and services
Establish rapport with others in a commission sales environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
Flexibility to work all shifts as required
