Responsibilities

Display a 'customer comes first' attitude.
Resolve customer issues effectively at store level.
Contribute to the store's success as a team player.
Perform point of sales transactions and merchandising tasks.
Keep current on product and service updates.
Adhere to all Loss Prevention policies.

Qualifications

Retail experience preferably in apparel.
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers.
Experience with retail operations concepts.
Self-starter with good judgment.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
