Responsibilities

Manage mechanical engineers and designers
Allocate time and oversee project timelines
Develop optimal DfM designs
Create 3D models and drawings using Solidworks
Revise designs based on feedback
Design lighting systems for locomotive and rail vehicles

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience as a Mechanical Designer
3-5 years in a supervisory role
Experience with CAD software, Solidworks
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Strong communication skills
