Job Description

Join our Talent Pool for exceptional Solution Architects to lead our Digital Transformation initiatives across enterprise systems and platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solution architectures for digital transformation programs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to align technology strategies with business goals.
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies including cloud-native services, APIs, microservices, automation, and AI/ML solutions.
Design scalable, secure, and resilient architectures for modernizing legacy systems and integrating with new digital platforms.
Define architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and technical standards to ensure consistency and alignment across initiatives.
Oversee system integration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow across internal and third-party systems.
Support the implementation of DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and secure cloud deployment.
Lead architecture governance, risk assessments, and compliance with enterprise IT and regulatory standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams throughout project lifecycle.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect or equivalent role.
Proven track record in leading digital transformation projects at an enterprise level.
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with integration platforms, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
Deep understanding of data strategy, including MDM, data governance, analytics, and reporting.
Knowledge of security and compliance best practices (OAuth2, SSO, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.).
Ability to create detailed solution designs, diagrams, and documentation using tools like ArchiMate, Lucidchart, etc.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
