Provide tier 3 network support, troubleshoot complex incidents, and resolve critical infrastructure issues.
Configure, maintain, and optimize Palo Alto firewalls and deploy F5 load balancers.
Monitor network performance, collaborate with security teams, and document configurations and incident resolutions.
3+ years of experience in Networking Service Desk roles at the Tier 3 level.
Expertise in Palo Alto and F5 networking, LTM, GTM, and firewall configurations.
Ability to stay updated on emerging technologies and security threats in the network field.
