Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 2 marketing professionals to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and localize brand messaging to strengthen brand identity
  • Create and execute omni-channel campaigns to drive engagement and sales growth
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on growth initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends and gather market insights
  • Partner with product planning for successful commercial launch plans
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance for optimization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or brand management
  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French an asset
