Seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to specialize in coach homes, source, develop, and close high-value deals independently.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and qualify leads for high-value coach home sales through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Guide clients through every stage of the process, including model home showings, presenting financing options, adding custom orders to an offer, and closing transactions.
  • Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to attract and retain high-net-worth clients.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective buyers and sellers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams or independently create marketing materials to showcase listings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local coach home and real estate market.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of independently closing high-value real estate transactions.
  • Strong lead generation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in high ticket sales, preferably in the real estate or coach home segment.
