Join our team at Mitten Inc. as an Inventory Analyst and play a crucial role in overseeing raw materials and finished goods inventory to support production and meet customer demand.
Oversee raw materials and finished goods inventory to support production and meet customer demand.
Achieve working capital targets by balancing stock levels and minimizing excess inventory.
Develop accurate bottom-up inventory forecasts to align with sales and production plans.
Use MRP tools to ensure timely availability of materials, avoiding shortages or overages.
Collaborate with the purchasing team to analyze and improve orders premises such as reorder points, review lead times, and MOQs.
Build and maintain inventory dashboards to track KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
Lead frequently meetings with operations (branches and/or DC) to present, review inventory results and drive action plans.
Ensure cycle counting and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
Support S&OP & Demand Planning aligning inventory strategies with demand forecasts and sales goals.
Identify and address inventory risks, such as obsolescence or stockouts.
Develop and implement policies and SOPs to improve inventory management practices.
Partner with procurement, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment on inventory actions.
Leverage technology to enhance inventory management and data accuracy.
Ensure inventory readiness for new product introductions and phase outs.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in inventory management.
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. and other relevant inventory management software (e.g., MRP and/or ERP systems).
Experience in implementing and managing Cost Take Out (CTO) initiatives.
Proven track record of Inventory management.
Ability to interpret and utilize key financial data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate and lead presentations effectively with peers, and colleagues cross-functionally.
Excellent planning and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask and maintain by adapting to change.
Demonstrates strong ownership and initiative by proactively taking responsibility for tasks and driving projects to successful completion with minimal supervision.
Possesses strong consensus-building skills, effectively engaging all stakeholders in a good-faith effort to achieve unanimous agreement and meet collective interests.
Demonstrates excellent analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and creative problem-solving capabilities for process improvement.
Ability to interact with all organizational levels and demonstrate professional presence.

Excellent verbal, presentation, and written skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Travel as required.
