Our client in the Tech space is seeking a CRM Manager for a hybrid model in Ontario, CA. The role involves leading the development and management of customer data capabilities, focusing on data across platforms like Adobe CDP, Campaign Manager, and Audience Manager.
Lead CRM strategies and enhance customer engagement through data-driven marketing
Enforce compliance with privacy laws and manage the integration of marketing technology systems
Advance audience insights and improve data processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement AI-driven personalization
Optimize customer engagement strategies and ensure transparent communication with leadership and partners
Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, marketing, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or database management, with B2B and B2C exposure
EXPERT-LEVEL knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud and Canadian privacy laws
Skilled in data analysis, campaign execution, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle marketing
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
