Job Description

We are seeking a Competitive Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Tryumph Gymnastics Academy Inc. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and a strong background in competitive gymnastics.

Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive training programs for competitive gymnasts
Prepare and motivate athletes for competitions
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Analyze training strategies based on competition outcomes
Maintain a safe training environment
Offer mentorship and guidance to athletes
Collaborate with coaching staff and support teams
Engage in continuous learning and professional development
Coach and spot gymnasts during practice and competitions

Qualifications

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma
Minimum 5 years of competitive coaching experience
NCCP and coaching accreditation preferred
Bondable and clear criminal record check
