Job Description

Seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor with a background as a Millwright or Industrial Electrician to lead a maintenance team in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians
  • Plan and oversee preventative maintenance programs
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex machinery
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
  • Support the implementation of new equipment and automation initiatives

Qualifications

  • Journeyman Millwright or Industrial Electrician certification
  • Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
  • Expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
