Job Description

Join our team as a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Analyst at a global manufacturing leader headquartered in Germany, with a strong presence in Canada. This role involves managing accounts receivable, credit analysis, and broader accounting functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume AR processing, including foreign currency transactions.
  • Issue accurate invoices in French and English.
  • Lead collections efforts and reduce aging AR.
  • Apply payments, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain customer records.
  • Support credit analysis and collection strategies.
  • Prepare journal entries, month-end closings, and financial reports.
  • Assist with general ledger maintenance and financial closing deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Proficiency with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
