Northern Dock Systems is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, human capital management, and sales management to ensure revenue and profit goals are met.
Lead the preparation of the Annual Sales Plan, Budgets, and objectives.
Represent the Sales Department as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Prepare individual Sales forecasts and Gross Profit expectations.
Monitor competition activity and prepare SWOT analysis.
Build and manage the sales team aligned with company values.
Conduct sales team meetings and provide training.
Use CRM system to manage leads, opportunities, and customers.
Travel with reps to coach, mentor, and close sales regularly.
Ensure high level of customer service and timely responses.
7-10 years of sales experience.
3-5 years of sales management experience.
Experience with technical sales or passion for technical tools.
Experience leading and mentoring a large sales team.
Ability to lead in a supportive and motivating fashion.
Experience with Microsoft and CRM tools.
