Join our team at Eldorado Resort as a Seasonal First Cook and be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes during service, following recipes, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness.
Work as part of the culinary team to produce high-quality dishes, maintain food presentation standards, operate kitchen equipment safely, and keep workstations clean. Assist in food tracking, minimize overproduction, and participate in food storage controls.
Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience, passion for culinary arts, excellent communication skills, positive attitude, quick learner, ability to multitask, attention to detail, FOODSAFE Certificate, and ability to work a flexible schedule.
