The Assistant Food & Beverage Outlets Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administration, supervision, and service quality of all food and beverage outlets at the resort.
- Support effective administration and leadership of front of house associates
- Provide leadership and support to food & beverage supervisors
- Maintain service standards and enhance quality of service
- Train, coach, and develop a successful team of front of house associates
- Manage scheduling, budgets, and payroll processes
- Address guest concerns and requests
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability and safety
- Collaborate with leadership to improve department performance
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of fine food, wine, and service
- Proficiency with MS Office and Point-of-Sale software
- Previous resort experience an asset
- Post-secondary degree or certificate in related field an asset
