Job Description

Qixli Alarm is seeking a Sales Manager for Ontario to drive growth, build distribution channels, and scale presence across the province. Join us in reshaping how homeowners protect themselves from sewer backup floods.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy
Build strong partnerships with alarm companies, insurance brokers, municipalities, and property managers
Onboard and train new partners and resellers
Attend industry events and represent Qixli across Ontario
Provide sales forecasts and market feedback to leadership

Qualifications

3+ years in B2B sales (alarm, insurance, construction, or home services is ideal)
Strong networking and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Valid driver's license + willingness to travel locally
