Job Description

Cogency Inc. is looking for a skilled Full Stack Java Tech Lead to lead the development of scalable applications using Microservices, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers
Design and develop backend systems using Spring Boot
Build responsive front-end interfaces with modern frameworks
Design and implement scalable REST APIs
Develop and manage microservices-based applications
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Ensure high-quality code through testing and best practices
Identify and resolve application performance issues

Qualifications

7+ years of software development experience
Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js
Strong understanding of RESTful API design
Experience with databases and CI/CD tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
